Solutions for common problems you might encounter.

Login Issues

  1. Check your browser’s popup blocker settings
  2. Allow popups from app.neuriq.io
  3. Try again

Can’t sign in with Google

  1. Clear your browser cookies
  2. Try an incognito/private window
  3. Check that you’re not using a managed Google Workspace account with SSO restrictions

Session expired

Sessions expire after 7 days. Simply sign in again — your data is not affected.

Sync Issues

Calendar events not appearing

  1. Check Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar is connected
  2. Verify the “Neuriq Events” calendar exists in Google Calendar
  3. Refresh the page
  4. If needed, reconnect Google

Tasks not syncing

  1. Check Settings → Integrations → Google Tasks is connected
  2. Verify the “Neuriq Inbox” task list exists
  3. Check for any error messages
  4. Try reconnecting Google

Changes not saving

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Look for error messages
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Try signing out and back in

Browser Extension

Extension not showing in toolbar

  1. Go to browser Extensions settings
  2. Find Neuriq Clipper
  3. Make sure it’s enabled
  4. Pin it to the toolbar if hidden

”Could not extract content”

Some pages don’t work with automatic extraction:

  • Try selecting specific text before clicking
  • Use “Save link only” option
  • Some pages block content extraction

”Unauthorized” error

Your session expired. Click the extension and sign in again.

Performance

App loading slowly

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R)
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Disable other extensions temporarily

Dump taking too long

AI processing usually takes 2-5 seconds. If longer:

  1. Check your input isn’t extremely long
  2. Try breaking into smaller dumps
  3. Check your connection

Data Issues

Items missing

  1. Check the correct view (Dashboard, Explorer, Inbox)
  2. Try searching for the item
  3. Check if filters are applied
  4. Look in the Inbox (may be awaiting review)

Duplicate items

If you see duplicates:

  1. Check if you accidentally saved twice
  2. Delete the duplicates manually
  3. This is rare — if recurring, contact support

Wrong categorization

  1. Click the item to edit
  2. Change the type manually
  3. Save — Neuriq learns from your corrections

  1. Try a different browser
  2. Clear all browser data for app.neuriq.io
  3. Contact support with:
    • What you were trying to do
    • What happened instead
    • Any error messages
    • Your browser and OS
