Yes, during the pilot phase Neuriq is completely free. No credit card required, no hidden costs. We're building Neuriq together with early adopters, and in exchange for free access, we ask for your feedback to improve the product.

After the pilot, we'll introduce paid plans. But don't worry — your data remains yours and is always exportable. Pilot users get priority access to new features and special 'early adopter' pricing. We expect to move to paid plans in Q2 2026, but we'll communicate well in advance.

No hard limits. We have a fair use policy: dump as much as you want for personal use. AI processing has natural limits (no bulk imports of thousands of items at once). If your use case is extreme, we'll reach out. 99% of users will never hit any limits.

All your data is stored in Europe (EU), via Google Firebase/Cloud Platform datacenters in Frankfurt (europe-west3) or Belgium (europe-west1). This means your data falls under European privacy laws (GDPR) and never leaves the EU.

Absolutely not. Your data is NEVER used to train AI models. We use Google's Gemini API for AI processing, and that processing is stateless — your data is processed and immediately forgotten by the model. Your thoughts stay yours. Always.

Yes, always. In Settings you'll find an 'Export' option to download all your brain items. You can also delete individual items or your entire account. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
