Your data, your rules. Here’s how to control your information in Neuriq.

Exporting Your Data

You can export all your data at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data
  2. Click Export All Data
  3. Choose format (JSON or CSV)
  4. Download your complete brain

The export includes:

  • All brain items (tasks, events, knowledge)
  • Topics and connections
  • Settings and preferences
  • Activity history

Deleting Data

Individual Items

Delete any item from the Knowledge Explorer or detail panel.

All Data

To delete everything:

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data
  2. Click Delete All Data
  3. Type “DELETE” to confirm
  4. Confirm deletion

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Account Deletion

To completely delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Confirm with your password/Google
  4. Account and all data will be deleted within 30 days

What We Store

See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Stored:

  • Brain items you create
  • Topics and connections
  • Integration data (calendar/task references)
  • Basic account info (email, name)

NOT Stored:

  • Passwords (Google OAuth only)
  • Payment info (pilot is free)
  • Your Google Calendar/Tasks content (only synced, not copied)

Data Location

All data is stored in the European Union:

  • 🇪🇺 Frankfurt (europe-west3)
  • 🇪🇺 Belgium (europe-west1)

Your data never leaves the EU.

GDPR Rights

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

  • Access your data (export feature)
  • Correct your data (edit in app)
  • Delete your data (delete feature)
  • Port your data (export feature)
